Chatsonic & Writesonic Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By becoming a member of Chatsonic's affiliate partner program, you are acknowledging and accepting the following terms and conditions:


1. Sponsored ads

Advertising on platforms such as Google and Facebook using keywords related to their brand names, such as Writesonic, Chatsonic, Botsonic, and Photosonic, is strictly prohibited.


If you advertise using brand keywords like Writesonic, Chatsonic, Botsonic, or Photosonic, in addition to general keywords like AI writing tools, conversational AI, or AI chatbots, your affiliate account will be cancelled without a refund.


Using specific terms like "Writesonic pricing" or "Writesonic review", as well as "Chatsonic comparison" and similar phrases, is not allowed according to chat sonic terms and conditions.


If you advertise on Google or Bing, it is important to set negative keywords for Writesonic, Chatsonic, Botsonic, and Photosonic. This will ensure that your ads do not appear when people search for these specific terms.


Keep in mind that Writesonic has trademarked all these keywords.


Do not include the brand names Writesonic, Chatsonic, Photosonic, or Botsonic, or any misspellings of them, in your domain name.


For example write-sonic.com or chat-sonic.com etc. If they find that you have done this, they will request that you remove it. Regardless of where it comes from, any profit will be taken away. (This clause was added after we released our website Chat-Sonic.com.)


2. Coupon Deals

Sometimes, Writesonic provides coupons to certain affiliates and our newsletter subscribers. You must have pre-approval or be assigned a branded coupon in order to promote it. If not, you are not permitted to promote the coupon.


Running ads and promoting Writesonic using the listed keywords goes against Writesonic's terms and conditions.


Anyone who violates this will be kicked out of the Writesonic affiliate program and will not receive commission refunds.


Affiliates cannot bid on phrases like "Writesonic Coupons" or "Writesonic Discounts" or any other terms that imply the presence of coupons.


Affiliates must not use misleading text on their affiliate links, buttons, or images to suggest anything other than the authorized deals for that affiliate.


3. Independent Contractor

Affiliates work independently for Writesonic.


The Parties agree that there is no master-servant or principal-agent relationship between Writesonic and You under this Agreement.


You have no right to act on behalf of or bind Writesonic in any way nor share in the profits or losses of Writesonic.


The only compensation available to you is outlined in this Agreement. You are fully responsible for everything you do or don't do.


4. Modifications

Writesonic has the authority to modify this Agreement and its standard Terms of Service at any time, with or without prior notice to you.


5. Payments

Payment will be made on the first day of each month, but only after a minimum of 30 days have passed since the customer's trial account was upgraded to a paid account.


For example, if a customer you referred subscribes to a paid plan on July 3rd, you'll be paid on September 1st.


Payments will be made in the month if the commission due is $50 or more.


6. Self-referral Promotion

Self-referral is not allowed. The objective of the program is to encourage you to refer other individuals.


Please do not take this as a way to get a discount on your Writesonic account.


If you earn any commission from referring yourself, it will be cancelled and your affiliate account will be terminated.


7. Inappropriate sites

Please refrain from advertising Chatsonic or Writesonic on inappropriate websites that contain defamatory, violent, adult, or offensive content.


Also, avoid promoting them on websites that violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
